Reservations & Payment Options

To secure reservations made directly on our website or via phone, a first-nights deposit of the rack rate amount (without tax) is charged at booking. The remaining room balance, with taxes, key deposit or pet fees, is due at check in. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit is successfully processed.  Payment options at check-in include cash, check or debit/credit card.

*There is a 4% surcharge fee added to all credit/debit card transactions if used at check in or on purchases in the restaurant/bar.

After Hour Bookings

During the season, same day after hours reservations are available through the restaurant by walk in from 5pm until closed or by calling 361-749-5714 to inquire. Please do not call the restaurant for help with confirmed reservations or to inquire about booking in the future. Please check reservation hours or book online at www.portabeachlodge.com.

Room Occupancy
Our rooms are licensed based on occupancy so we cannot allow for additional beds or air mattresses in smaller guest rooms. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a family member and will count as a guest in the room. All guest names must be listed on the reservation for your safety in the event of an emergency. We have a 21 year old minimum age to book or check in to any room.

Right To Refuse Service and Liability

The Port A Beachlodge has the right to refuse service or suspend or revoke lodging privileges to any guest who is not following policies, is unreasonably rowdy or disturbing the use and enjoyment of others, including staff and volunteers.

The Port A Beachlodge is not responsible for bodily injury, damage or theft of a vehicle, or theft/damage of personal items or valuables while on property.
