Reservations & Payment Options
For reservations made directly on our website or via phone, a first-nights deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance due at check in. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed. Payment options at check-in include cash or debit/credit card.
*There is a 4% surcharge fee added to all credit/debit card transactions if used at check in or on purchases in the restaurant/bar.
Our rooms are licensed based on occupancy so we cannot allow for additional beds or air mattresses in smaller guest rooms. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a family member and will count as a guest in the room. All guest names must be listed on the reservation for your safety in the event of an emergency. We have a 21 year old minimum age to book or check in to any room.
Right To Refuse Service and Liability
The Port A Beachlodge has the right to refuse service or suspend or revoke lodging privileges to any guest who is not following rules, is unreasonably rowdy or disturbing the use and enjoyment of others, including staff and volunteers.
The Port A Beachlodge is not responsible for bodily injury, damage or theft of a vehicle, or theft/damage of personal items or valuables while on property.
